It also describes the analytical platform that supports routine updates and robust quality control.

A key feature of the methodology is its emphasis on transparency, comparability over time and across countries, and data quality. These principles are ensured through systematic validation procedures and the retrospective recalculation of indicators whenever international definitions or standards are updated, preserving the consistency of historical trends.

The page also highlights that the ICEH Repository is publicly available through the ICEH Retriever, allowing users to access and download ready-to-use, equity-disaggregated health indicators, along with detailed metadata.
