Luisa Arroyave, from the International Center for Equity in Health, was invited to participate as a speaker at the VI International Research Congress “San Martín Investiga”, held in Colombia.

During her presentation, titled “Maternal and newborn health coverage in low- and middle-income countries: socioeconomic inequalities and its association with infant mortality,” Luisa discussed the persistence of socioeconomic inequalities in maternal and newborn health coverage and emphasized their impact on infant survival outcomes.

Her participation reflects the International Center for Equity in Health’s ongoing commitment to advancing research and disseminating evidence aimed at reducing health inequalities and promoting global health equity.
