On February 26th and 27th, the ICEH researcher Fernando Wehrmeister participated in the Evaluation Committee for activity proposals that will be part of the program of the 12th Brazilian Congress of Epidemiology. Janaina Calu Costa wins the ScientistA Award 2024

Janaína Calu Costa, a research fellow affiliated with the International Center of Equity in Health, and currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston, MA, USA, won the ScientistA Award 2024. The winner and the five honorable mentions have been announced this week in a ceremony at the Brazilian General Consulate in New York. Workshop: 3rd International Conference on Public Health in Africa

E. coli contamination of drinking water sources in rural and urban settings: an analysis of 38 nationally representative household surveys (2014–2021)

The world is not on track to achieve universal access to safely managed water services by 2030, and access is substantially lower in rural areas.
